Suzy Cramb: Physiotherapist

Suzy owns and runs Weardale Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic. Suzy qualified from Liverpool school of physiotherapy and has completed rotations in hospitals and GP surgeries including working for three years as the senior sports injury clinician at the Royal National Orthopaedic hospital in London. Suzy has completed her APPI mat work 1,2,3 training as well as pilates for runners. Suzy is qualified in acupuncture and is a member of the AACP. Suzy Is a keen Runner, cyclist and swimmer competing in triathlons including iron mans. Suzy understands the importance of sport and exercise at whatever level you choose to enjoy it and is well placed to facilitate your rehabilitation and get you back to your sport.

Clare Mitchell: Physiotherapist

Clare qualified from Robert Gordon’s University and Aberdeen in 2007. Clare has completed rotations in Hospitals including in ITU and respiratory, Orthopaedics and rehabilitation, elderly rehabilitation and outpatients both in hospital and GP settings. Clare has completed her APPI mat work 1,2,3 training as well as pilates of osteoporosis and ante and post natal pilates training. Clare is qualified in acupuncture and is a member of the AACP. Clare has qualified in Pelvic Health assessment and treatment to help you get back in control.

Clare enjoys running, swimming and horse riding although with 2 young daughters to keep her busy and on her toes she rarely finds much time.
